1.  Availability at the crop will first go to those staying at the Drury.

The Drury requires X amount of sleeping rooms in order to rent the ballroom.

 

2.  If you are paying via PayPal,

I still need to know if you're staying at the Drury

and how many people are in your *party*.

I need to make sure to hold that space for you in the ballroom.

 

3.  I must have your registration forms even though you paid via PayPal

so I don't miss anyone and know exactly who you're cropping with.

This allows me to set-up your crop tables in appropriate pods for your group.

 

4.  If paying by PayPal, please let me know if you are paying

your $50 deposit or the full amount of $125.

I want to send you the correct invoice via PayPal.

$50 deposit will hold your reservations.
