I think this party took over the entire bar and party room. What a great bar and grill!  The chef kept the hors d'oeuvres coming out all night.  Those chicken wings were delicious and just the way I like 'em - crispy and never soggy with a tiny bit of a kick to them.

Tonight, another "outting" with friends.  I think this is a weekend long retirement event.

Today's the day . . .

Can't believe it's finally here.  Retirement day.  Bill's last day at work.  After 30+ years at Anheuser-Busch, he's "outta there".  You may have heard me say this before, but he has worked 7 days a week year round for 30 years.  Holidays and all.  This man deserves a break and I'm thrilled he's going to retire a little early.

Here's the tag we'll be making for my make-and-take @ For Keeps Sake on Saturday.  You can't tell here (see what I mean about that photography thing), but this tag is covered in gorgeous Perfect Pearls.  Then we'll stamp with one of Wendy Vecchi's flower stamps from Stampers' Anonymous - on grungeboard.  Ink it up.  Cut it out and voila ~  a sparkly tag.

2nd in a series of Tim Holtz tags and techniques

In this class you will complete 3 tags, each with a different technique direct from Ranger University and Tim Holtz.

As you know if you attended the first class, the above supplies will be provided for you in class.  There were many who wanted to purchase their own supplies for use in class (and of course, after class).  Therefore, the above list was produced just in case.  For Keeps Sake (314) 487-8131 will be getting these supplies - in limited quantities - for you to purchase day of class if you wish.

During the February class, you will be given a list of supplies being used in the March class and can list those supplies you wish to order for the March class.  At each subsequent class, you will be given a "wish list" for the following month's class.

And just in case you're wondering, yes, Tim did give me permission to teach these tags!  Thanks Tim.  You're the ultimate!

7 Gypsies.  I love everything about 7 Gypsies.  Their booth at CHA is usually one of the most interesting to peruse (not there this year - just remembering past CHA's).  Their samples are amazing, particularly if you like vintage and collage.
