The stamp suggestion contest ended at midnight last night (central time). I wanted to have a totally scientific way to choose the winner - without being prejudiced in any way. So I decided to take myself out of the equation and this is how the winner was chosen:
I don't have any of those fancy things on my computer so
printed and then cut-up all the entries.
and threw them randomly on the ground
then told Buck the Wonder Dog that he was going to be able to pick the winner.
Doesn't he look a little surprised?
Probably because he was on my napping couch snoozin' and I woke him up.
So first the two of us went upstairs to get one of his *cookies*
that are really like milk bones but he loves them.
Then back downstairs we went
where Buck was able to look over all the entries.
I don't think he can read, but I wouldn't swear to it.
I made him *stay*
and threw his cookie across to the other side of the room.
I decided that whatever entry his right paw stepped on first
would win the prize.
Now seriously.
Wasn't that a really scientific way to run this contest?
And Buck chose
Michelle Menser.
Congratulations!
Michelle, please send an email with your address so I can send your gift.
Buck worked so hard on this contest that we're back upstairs
to get another treat.

Buck said to tell you "you're welcome". After he chose you we promptly made our way to the kitchen to get a banana and peanut flavored YogHound.
