How to fix furniture scratches.
We have a chair in the family room that we love - well, at least I love it. The pattern, colors and style fit right in with what I'm trying to do with our family room. Except for the fact that the pups (when they were puppies) decided that the wood at the bottom of the chair would make a perfect place to cut teeth.
With a small budget in mind and not enough money to have the wood refinished, I decided to put my Copics to use and *refinish* just the scratches.
Used my black and brown Copics
E47 + 100
here's part of the before:
I first colored in just a very small section of the exposed wood
with a brown Copic.
While the Copic was still wet,
I worked it into the wood with my fingers.
Then went back over some of the spots with my
black Copic
and did the same finger-thing.
Here's the after:

Warning, you might not want to be quite as
hands-on
as I was.
Use a rag if necessary.
