Calling all my students. I need your opinion please.
I have tons of class ideas swimming around and would like to know what you would like to see me teach in August and September. Please leave your highly respected opinions below in the comment section:
- card classes where you would create 4 cards using various stamping techniques. cost would be corraled (when possible) at $18 per class and would take place once a month.
- book classes to include binding your own books and then decorating the outside and inside. This would be an all-day class probably on a Saturday.
- lunch bunch: remembering how much fun these classes were, I'm thinking about these again. If you were involved in this class you know that they took place on a Tuesday; lasted all day; included 2 projects (cards in the morning and a mini-project in the afternoon) with lunch included in between. Cost would be approx $25 or $30 for the day (depending on the project).
- back to basics: These classes would incorporate scrapbooking techniques and would include a 2 page 12x12 spread.
- anything goes: I love to mix antiques, ephemera and pretty paper within projects. This class would incorporate all those. Cost would probably land in the $30-$40 range.
- anything else? I'm open for suggestions.
Looking forward to your ideas and opinions of what you'd like to accomplish and learn. Just an FYI to my new students: Almost all of my classes include rubber stamping and Copic Markers mixed with techniques so hopefully, you'll learn something new in each class.
Dear Nancy---love it all. i have done one book with you and loved it, cards are wonderful(can always use cards), probably lunch bunch would be my fave--spending the whole day being artsy---(heaven)

I vote for book classes (you and Carol W have gotten me hooked) as well as anything goes.
Working during the week means I prefer Saturday or evening classes when possible (although vacation time has been taken in the past (and may be taken in the future!).

Nancy, I like all of your classes. Really enjoyed lunch bunch. But I think your prices are getting a little high and that is preventing many people from signing up in these bad economic times.
