I can hardly believe that we're approaching the last day of July. That gets me thinking about what's ahead and one of those things is my favorite Tuesday night - Create Your Imagination.
The fun starts at this free meet-up at For Keeps Sake at 6 pm.
August 9, Carol B will be the guest instructor with a new page for our altered book.
Here's the list of supplies Carol would like everyone to bring:
- Paper trimmer
- Red tape
- Scoreboard
- 2 pieces of cardstock/paper the same size as your book page.
- 1 piece of cardstock cut the same height as your page and 1” less than the width.
- 3 tags – approximately 2 ½” wide
- Wet glue
- Tape runner
- 1 Tag – 2 ½ x 5 1/4 (or close to that)
- Piece of print acetate the size of your book page.
- Picture postcard.
- Pencil
- 2” piece of cardstock the same height as your post card and 1” wide.
- Scotch tape
- Craft knife
- Cutting pad
- 4x5 piece of clear acetate
- Ruler
Nancy, I love CYI too. Such a group of talented people. The book is such fun and I never would have gotten started if we weren't doing them in class. I love it! Another project that could take place week after week would be great when we finish our book. Hopefully, people realize they can still get started on a book. Everyone would be happy to help them catch up. Thank you Nancy.

You're right Carolyn! Anybody can hop in at anytime. This is not one of those books that you have to start at the beginning. Hope to see some newbies on July 12.

Looking forward to CYI. Can't wait to see what Carol has come up with for her page.
