Great fun last night at CYI. *The girls* brought their beautiful art journals for us to ooh and ahhh over and Sherry brought her past CYI trades. WOW, we've done a lot of trades over the years!
Karen brought a really adorable Valentine pop-up box card for us to do. She found it on Split Coast Stampers. Here's the tutorial:
Really easy to do and we all jumped on the Authentique Valentine paper line to decorate the pop-up boxes. (Thanks Kathy H for directing us there!)
I did a demo on a masking tape technique found on The Crafter's Workshop site. Super easy!
Next month: a sketch challenge (e-mail me if you need the sketch) to work up as a card, layout, art journal page or tag. Plus we should be back on track with the tags.

What size masking tape are you using in this example?

Hi Mary. It's 2" wide. You can use any width of course. This just gave a bit of real estate to use some fun stamps and stencils.
