Gloria Stengel runs an amazing challenge blog called Craft Hoarders Anonymous. You can find her detailed work as well as the designs from her talented team. I had a bit of time to play over the weekend and thought I'd enter Challenge #19.
This project was inspired by something I purchased at the last For Keeps Sake garage sale from Cim A. I adored this little book she had and bought it as a sample. Then did my own version with a couple of changes, using my stash. I'll use it as a *thank you* for a friend.
The base is a 7 Gypsies small portfolio.
Open it to reveal a mini-book along with a couple of photo mats.
The left side of the portfolio has a mini-book sewn into it
with the front page acting as a pocket.
The small ribbon tied papers combine to make up a flip book.
Thanks for looking and thank you Cim for the inspiration.
How very creative and very labor intensive! I love this! Thanks for joining us at Craft Hoarders Anonymous!

Absolutely love this. The touches of lace, the papers you used, the overall design. What a fantastic creation.

This is such a wonderful project! The cover is pretty all on its own, but when you open it up and find all those lovely layers and pages, it's just such a fun surprise. Lovely use of papers, trims, layers and ephemera! Thanks for sharing them with us at Craft Hoarders Anonymous!
