You might remember this mini from the Mini Album Makers Challenge blog post of November 1.
This is a made-from-scratch mini-album. I have a tutorial on how to build the base here: Building a Mini Book from Scratch
Thought I would show you the cover and inside details.
Popped up the wings and added beads.
Added a belly band with tags and a side flip
Inside the flip with a doily, photo mats and a glassine bag holding a large tag.
A simple page with roses holding a photo mat
Another side flip
Create your own embellishments with leftovers
The inside of the flip with an antique doily and photo mat
a side pocket holds journaling cards
another handmade embellishment with leftovers
a pocket with an envelope
One tag swings right, the other left with belly bands and pockets
These large tags flip up to reveal more real estate for photos and journaling
with tags and resin infused tissue paper
and a handmade embellished envelope for good measure.
Tags hugging a photo frame.
A handmade embellishment acts as a pocket for photo mats.
The next page is quite simple
with a few roses and a clock face.
The last page with a top flip
and an inside pocket.
Such a long post for such a small book. Thanks for sticking with me through this page-by-page mini. See you soon in cyberville.
just stunning ;)
